I began my illustration journey at the publishing agency Akademnashr, where I learned a lot that words cannot describe, but my artwork can. I had the pleasure of being a student of two great professionals: Sanjar Nazar, CEO of Akademnashr, and the talented and experienced graphic designer Bahriddin Bozorov. I worked there for over a year and accomplished a lot. Currently, I am studying for my Master's degree in the USA, but I still look back and learn from my past artwork.

It has been more than two years, so I don't have all my artwork sketches and thumbnails on hand. That is why I decided to post all the published cover designs I have done here. Enjoy!

Working on children's books brings me great joy. I am proud to see these books published and enjoyed by young readers in Uzbekistan.

When I designed book covers, my main goal was to provide a glimpse of what's inside the book without giving away any spoilers. To achieve this, I would often focus on the book's title or highlight key details from the story. However, I always found typography to be a challenging aspect of the process. Fortunately, my supervisors provided me with valuable guidance that helped me to improve my designs.

Most book covers have been designed and illustrated in a day or two. These kinds of quick projects are fun and suitable for challenging the brain.
